Performs routine daily cleaning of public and patient areas, delivery of clean linen to patient and clinical areas and removal of trash and/or soiled linen from patient and clinical areas.
Perform cleaning functions of the facility. Follows established schedule and procedures and use of correct cleaning methods and equipment.
Analyzes existing hard surfaces and carpeted floor conditions and assesses appropriate floor care procedures necessary to restore floor to acceptable condition of neatness and cleanliness.
Demonstrates competency in performing all carpet and upholstery restorative cleaning. Is able to select from the provided cleaning chemicals to properly clean the different types of furniture in the facility.
Completes all assigned projects, including shower scrubbing, total finish removal, and finish application in a timely manner.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
One year of related experience required.
