I have an upstairs room available that is quite large. It has it's own private bathroom. The remainder of the house is shared. The kitchen, living room and dining room is shared and we share a driveway in the backyard. The rent for the room is 500 for one person and 550 for 2 people plus 1/4th of the utilities (which run around 150 each room). We do have internet and a home phone (we have cable but i pay for that myself and it is in my room). The upstairs room has it's own A/C unit which will be set on 77 degrees.
