Web Development: Site admin fix and remove payment buttons on forms (Decatur) - Outsource.com in Decatur, Illinois For Sale

My editing block on my home page in site admin section has been blocked out and needs recovery.
Also , I need the payment options on the form of each appliance page to be replaced with just an appointment setting button. (without having to log into paypal).
currently, after the form is filled out for each appliance page and the appointment is set, I get and email notification. I want them to be able to set the appointment bypassing the payment option.
